Our Products

The Air Eliminators is mounted on top of the strainer body. It consists of a stainless steel float connected to a pilot valve via multiple linkages. When air collects in the air eliminator the buoyant force acting on the float reduces, the float drops down along with the pilot valve connected to the linkage and the air escapes through the main valve. As liquid rises in the air eliminator the float rises to lift the pilot valve thereby closing the air release opening of main valve. Design Features:Top removal of screen with a lifting handle, for ease of maintenance.Low pressure drop due to large filter element area.Compact dimensions for minimum installation space.Threaded ports for connecting differential pressure gauge or temperature probe.High venting capacity air eliminator.Drain plug.The combination of DS offset strainer cum air eliminator ensures removal of sold impurities, air or vapor from the liquid before it enters the Flowmeter. It is an essential accessory for a trouble free and accurate Flowmeter operation.

Rotex offers a wide range of 5 Port Solenoid Valves to suit variety of applications. These valves are Universal (for mixing or diverting function) based on the valve condition when the solenoid is energized.Further they can be classified as Internal / External Pilot Operated, Air Operated.Rotex 5 Port Valves can operate up to a pressure range of 70 bar. Basically the valves can be operated between (-) 20 °C to + 80 °C temperature. These valves are generally found in the of 6 mm to 50 mm orifice thus offering a wide range of flow rates.These valves can be mounted in any position. There are non sliding parts and they are positively sealed against pressure. These valves can be operated for above 10 million cycles.Rotex valves are made of mainly Anodized Aluminium, Brass, SS 316. The seals are mostly made of NBR, Viton, EPDM, PTFE.Rotex 5 Port Valve provides interchangeability for various solenoid enclosures, voltage and current without affecting its performance
